Refund and Returns

A clear, considered approach


Wallpaper is a deliberate purchase.


We treat it that way – both before and after your order.




TWO TYPES OF PRODUCTS:


La Muur offers two ranges. Each has a different returns structure.


1.) THE EDIT (IN-STOCK WALLPAPER)

This is our ready-to-ship range.

If you change your mind, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• Return requested within 14 days of delivery

• Product is unused, unsealed/unopened and in original packaging

• Rolls are in saleable condition

Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

Also to note:

• Return courier costs are the customer’s responsibility



2.) The Reserve Collection (Imported to Order)

This range is ordered specifically for you from our European suppliers.

Because of this:

• Each order is produced and shipped on demand


• It cannot be resold once ordered

For this reason, Reserve Collection orders are non-returnable and non-refundable for change of mind.



HOW WE PROTECT YOU BEFORE YOU ORDER

We don’t rely on returns – we reduce the need for them.

  • Samples on our most popular wallpapers before ordering

  • Clear product information on every listing

  • Guidance on quantities and pattern repeat

  • Direct support if you’re unsure

If in doubt, we strongly recommend ordering a sample first.



DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS

While rare, if something isn’t right, we will resolve it.


Please:

Inspect all rolls before installation

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Include clear photos of the issue


We will arrange a replacement or appropriate solution.


Important:

Wallpaper must not be installed if a fault is suspected.


Once cut or installed, it is considered accepted.




A NOTE ON COLOUR AND BATCHES

Wallpaper is produced in batches.

• Slight colour variation can occur between different print runs

• Lighting and screens may affect how colours appear

We recommend:


• Ordering all rolls for a project at the same time

Checking batch numbers before installation


THE EXTRA ROLL RULE

We always recommend ordering one extra roll.

It protects you against:


• Installation damage

• Miscalculation

• Future repairs
