One of the things we noticed immediately is how different this wallpaper feels depending on the viewing angle. Looking straight at the wall, it appears almost completely matte, with softly layered mineral tones creating a chalky, plaster-like finish. As you move through the room, the delicate matt metallic detailing quietly emerges, catching the light without ever becoming dominant.

Unlike heavily embossed wallpapers, the surface itself is smooth to the touch – but feels like chalk paint. The sense of texture comes entirely from the layered print, which convincingly recreates the character of weathered plaster and aged concrete. It’s a wonderfully understated design that rewards careful observation.

Although this wallpaper is manufactured on a paper substrate that has a slight show-through, it uses a paste-the-wall application rather than the traditional paste-the-paper method. We found it behaves much more like a modern wallpaper than many people would expect from a paper-backed product.
