DESCRIPTION

An expressive interpretation of historic stone

Hertex Leonardo Wallpaper Rosa brings a distinctive colour story to the grandeur of weathered stone. Coral and warm taupe mingle with beige, grey, olive green and subtle metallic highlights; creating a complex, naturally varied palette that feels both earthy and expressive.

The design features oversized mineral veining rather than a pattern of separate stone blocks. Elongated veins travel predominantly vertically across the wall, shifting gently on the diagonal and blending into one another through soft tonal transitions. Intricate markings and realistic imperfections give the surface the appearance of natural stone with a long history, while the vinyl finish adds tactile depth.

Rosa has a stronger decorative presence than the more neutral colourways. Its coral and olive undertones introduce colour in an organic, layered way, making it an interesting choice for a feature wall in a living room, dining space, bedroom or entrance hall. Pair it with quieter surrounding finishes to let the richness of the pattern come through.

Curated by Hertex as part of their Philosophy Collection, this Belgian-made wallpaper combines thoughtful craftsmanship with practical everyday performance. The vinyl surface is scrubbable and durable, while the non-woven backing allows for straightforward paste-the-wall installation and strippable dry removal when it’s time to redecorate.

La Muur Notes:

Rosa is the most colourful interpretation of the Leonardo design, but its colours remain grounded in the natural world. The rusty coral is balanced by muted taupe and grey, while olive green adds an unexpected earthy note. The result is less like a conventional pink wallpaper and more like a richly coloured slab of stone with layers of mineral variation.

We would consider it alongside warm timber, muted upholstery, natural linen and restrained accessories. Its substantial visual scale makes it particularly effective where you want the wall itself to establish the mood of the room.
