DESCRIPTION

The Hertex Sultan Wallpaper brings together the softness of woven fabric and the precision of fine geometric linework to create a surface that feels quietly luxurious rather than overtly decorative. The intricate pattern reveals itself gradually, rewarding closer observation without overwhelming the room.

The woven-look ground resembles tightly woven linen or natural cloth, while delicate gold-toned linework forms layered diamonds that gently spiral into one another. The repeating geometry never feels rigid because the softly textured background introduces tiny irregularities that give the design an almost embroidered character.

The Kendwa Sand colourway introduces a richer, warmer interpretation of the woven design while preserving its beautifully restrained character. Soft beige and warm mineral tones create a calm backdrop, while delicate golden linework quietly catches the light, adding depth without becoming overly decorative.

Also known as Sultan Sparkle, the layered diamond-shapes remain intentionally subtle, allowing the woven texture to soften the geometry into something that feels closer to embroidered fabric than a printed pattern. It pairs effortlessly with oak, travertine, natural stone, linen and warm neutral interiors where quiet craftsmanship becomes part of the atmosphere.

Curated by Hertex as part of the Zanzibar Collection, this Belgian-designed wallpaper combines beautifully considered craftsmanship with practical everyday performance. The vinyl surface is extra washable and durable, while the non-woven backing allows for straightforward paste-the-wall installation and clean strippable removal.

La Muur Notes:

This wallpaper surprised us because the pattern behaves differently depending on how close you stand. From across the room it reads as an elegant woven surface. As you move closer, the delicate linework begins to emerge, revealing beautifully layered diamonds that feel almost stitched into the fabric.

One of our favourite details is that the lines aren’t perfectly clinical. Tiny irregularities in the woven background soften the precision, giving the wallpaper a handcrafted rhythm that keeps it feeling warm and inviting.
